About Suchay

I enjoy turning ambiguous, operational problems into software that people can actually depend on.

I’m a full-stack engineer based in Pune, working across enterprise platforms, product architecture, modern web applications, cloud-native delivery and AI-enabled workflows.

Architecture through operation
End-to-end ownership

“I care about what happens after the interface: state, correctness, deployment, recovery and whether the workflow genuinely works.”

A working philosophy

Start with the real operation: the people involved, the decisions they make and the conditions under which the system can fail. From there, create explicit domain and state models that make behaviour easier to reason about.

Build end to end instead of treating frontend, backend and delivery as disconnected concerns. Deployment and production behaviour belong to the product. AI belongs where it improves a human workflow—and consequential actions should keep a human in control.

Engineering journey

An expanding view of what ownership means.

01Foundations

Enterprise foundations

Suchay developed his engineering foundations around enterprise systems, complex workflows, large codebases and production constraints.

That environment sharpened an appreciation for durable boundaries, explicit behaviour and software that remains understandable as it grows.

02Ownership

Building complete products

The focus expanded from implementing features to owning product architecture, frontend experience, backend correctness, data models and deployment.

The work became less about an isolated layer and more about the decisions that connect a useful product to reliable operation.

Product systems and AI

Current work centres on complete platforms such as Edvora, Rentora, Streamora and Loom, with increasing focus on AI-enabled workflows, operational intelligence and production-grade delivery.

The aim is practical intelligence: systems that understand context, improve decisions and preserve human control when actions matter.

Selected systems

Products shaped around real operations.

Four systems that reflect the progression from domain modelling to dependable delivery.

01

Edvora

One operating model for the work of a school.

A comprehensive school operations platform spanning academic workflows, students, staff, attendance, timetables, examinations, fees, communication and operational readiness.

  • Domain modelling
  • Multi-tenant SaaS
  • Workflows
02

Rentora

Language becomes an executable operations plan.

An AI-first rental and event-operations system that turns natural-language requests into material, inventory, crew, logistics and readiness plans.

  • GenAI
  • Planning engines
  • Operations
03

Streamora

Private media, from upload to controlled access.

A private media platform covering uploads, secure storage, processing workers, metadata, playlists, signed access and production operations.

  • Media systems
  • Workers
  • Secure storage
04

Loom

A deliberate route from source to production.

A deployment platform centred on immutable releases, environment governance, health verification and repeatable production delivery.

  • Release engineering
  • Health checks
  • Infrastructure

Capabilities in context

Tools follow the shape of the problem.

  1. 01

    Product and domain modelling

Turning operational language into clear concepts, boundaries, workflows and state transitions before choosing the interface or implementation.

  2. 02

    Backend systems and APIs

Building dependable services and integrations with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and PostgreSQL, with correctness made explicit.

  3. 03

    Modern frontend engineering

Creating thoughtful product interfaces with React, Next.js and TypeScript so complex work remains legible and responsive.

  4. 04

    Cloud, delivery and operations

Treating Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and CI/CD as part of the product lifecycle—not an activity deferred until the end.

  5. 05

    AI-enabled product workflows

Using LLM integrations and tool-enabled AI workflows where they add useful context, planning or judgment while preserving accountable human control.

Beyond the code

Perspective comes from looking beyond the screen.

Good engineering is only one part of a good life. Outside software, I value fitness, wildlife, travel, music and the perspective that comes from exploring interests beyond a screen.
