Your enquiry, handled privately.

When you submit an enquiry, Suchay receives your name, email, phone number, reason and message for responding to your request. Contact details are self-reported and are not verified by this form.

If you choose voice

You speak with an AI assistant, not Suchay. Your microphone audio is sent to OpenAI to generate replies and a transcript. This website does not store audio recordings. It stores the transcript, an AI-generated summary, conversation times, status and usage totals in the private CareerOS inbox. AI summaries and transcripts may contain mistakes.

OpenAI processes submitted data under its API data policies. See OpenAI’s data controls. You can send a written enquiry without starting voice.

Access and retention

Enquiries are available to the authenticated CareerOS owner. Suchay keeps them while reviewing and following up on your request and can delete them from the inbox. To request deletion, email suchayjanbandhu@gmail.com using the address you supplied.

Preventing misuse

A first-party cookie and hashed caller identifier limit repeated submissions. Where the server is configured to trust its proxy, the identifier is derived from your network address. These identifiers are stored with the enquiry. The website’s separate visitor analytics may also record page visits and browser information.
